I've gone through 4 exhuasts on the Evo! LOL
I've had the Tanabe Ultra Medallion, AVO, Apexi World Sport, and now I have the Greddy Evo2 (which is identical to the SP2 save for the muffler). My favorite was the AVO (oh well).
The Tanabe was too loud for me even though it was a little quiter than other exhuasts out there. I' ve heard a sound clip of the touring medallion and it sounded very similar to the Tanabe Ultra Medallion. The Greddy is a lot quieter, but of course it is all relative.
Once you start adding other exhuast related components such as straight pipe, downpipe, cams and bigger turbo it is really really difficult to find a "quiet" exhuast. The quiet exhuasts just get louder after each modification.

When I say it's as quiet as stock, I'm not exaggerating. You can actually hear the Walbro whine over the exhaust while standing outside as the car idles.

Couldn't really decide which forum to put this in. There aren't many exhaust threads around so I decided to post some pics of my own to give potential buyers another option.
It's quiet as stock while cruising, and has a nice deep tone under some throttle. I will update with some sound clips in the next couple days. Thanks
It's a little dirty, but it has about 1500 miles on it.
i love the way it looks! how much did the whole system cost you? is there any fitment issues?
Side shot to show it in comparison to the bumper.
