My experience with the GT3076R
Myself and a friend both run RnR GT3076r kits...and we got tuned by Sean Ivey on pump gas (90 octane) Both our cars made like 350 whp @ 22/23 psi, tuned conservatively (10.8/ 11.1 AFR's) I think it's kinda low, but the cars pull GREAT.
My friend got tuned on race gas and made 417 whp @ 26 psi...did one run only @ this boost..as he had no headstuds.
I'm not sure if the GT3076R is that great a turbo...the more I read I believe the BB 50 trims are better for that class, while the GT35R is the BIG dog. I have heard the spool on the GT35R isn't that bad & if combined with the .82 A/R exhaust housing they HAUL ***!
I saw a GT35r with stroker make 525whp @ 33psi running pump & alky on the same dynojet.

the 3076r is a good turbo, but again as I stated in another post... there are so many variations of this turbo. 50 trim bb turbo quicker spool but the 3076r will make more Peak HP, where the 50 trim will fall off up top. If I wa to do it again, I would buy a 35r. It has more room to grow. 3976r can make a little over 500whp. I have a 3076r with a .82 backhousing. TO4s cover and I believe my turbo is a 56trim. I made 397whp on 23psi on PUMP. Went to the track and ran a 13.1 @ 117mph, I babied the car out the whole. It is harder to get good times with a bigger turbo than the stock.

Bang for the buck the Buschur unit kicks ***. $2995 and it comes with a great Gt35R with a .63 back side and a 4" intake and a 44 Wastgeate and all Vband clamps. It kicks but and fits as stock. Traps well over 140MPH if you ask it too.
