If you have a .63 backside you should run around 30psi +/- 2psi. You won't really know where power stops until you put it on the dyno and start testing.

What about a 3076 with a built motor on C16, same number?

Yes the same, the built motor you can push harder in the tune and will probably make more power with the exact same tune depending on the internal componets used.
