Does Intercooler effect AFR?

Hi Guys,
Sorry if this is a stupid question, and yes I did search for an answer so I wouldnt embarrass myself. But I have a quick question actually I guess 2. Just like the title says. I know that components such as Cams, Exhaust, Intake, manifolds, etc. affect the AFR. But I was wondering if changing the intercooler and pipes would affect it. I mean the intercooler just cools the air that is already flowing in the system and doesnt bring more in. I guess Im wondering cause I want to change my intercooler setup especially the LICP since the general consensus is that it helps alot. But I have added lots of parts on the Air side including TBE, Intake, Manifold, but have done nothing on the fuel side. I know our cars are rich from factory but when should I start worrying about changing that fuel pump. Thanks all for help.

cooler air means the air is more dense which means more oxygen per cubic foot of air.

more oxygen = leaner AF ratio.

For your mods I dont think you need a fuel pump just yet. Did you get tuned yet?

I would add a manual boost controller, a fuel pump and then just get a base tune for now. Anytime you up the boost you should definitely have the added security of a fuel pump.
