DC Sports turbo manifold not verified for Evo IX?

DC Sports turbo manifold not verified for Evo IX?
I called DC to ask them about EGT bungs and the guy said that it was not verified for an EVO IX and that all information they have posted was only for a VIII.
I tried telling him about how its essentially the same considering exhaust manifolds did not change, but he mentioned to double-check this!
Anyone know what could be different? Or was he smoking something (not exhaust fumes...he he! )

It will fit. Nothing has changed which would hinder the installation of the manifold. DC is just saving themselves because they dont know for sure that nothing has changed on the IX ( in terms of fitment ) so I wouldnt worry about it.

yeah i would still check because i got the DC sport downpipe assuming it would work on my evo 9 mr but it had clearance issue with the transfer case. but the web site didn't say it wouldn't fit either but owe well it was an easy fix anyways, so make sure it fts first but in my opinion i think it will fit

Crap, I have a DC downpipe I was going to get jet hot coated and put on. I have a IX MR as well...what issues did you have? Please let me know!
