There is a ball/socket type gasket at the point where the O2 and DP meet from the factory (this is what everyone is talking about when they mention the "donut" gasket), this DP appears to retain that feature. Other downpipes (Megan for example) change to a flat flange at the O2/DP junction and add a flex section to give movement.

I've seen two ebay exhausts that didn't have the ball/socket or braided stainless (they're both forms of flex sections). If I recall, the buschur exhausts used the factory flex section.
I could be wrong though.

Damn guys, don't get your thongs all up in a bunch. I'm just giving my input about my
experiences with exhausts. If I knew it would clear the x-fer case on the mr, I'd probably purchase one.
Edit: The "race cat" must ba a test tipe cause I don't see a cat anywhere in those photos.
