will a stock 10.5 be as good as one i would buy from a place like buschur?
should i use a stock mr hotside or an aftermarket one?

They are the same thing. There is no aftermarket 10.5 hotside - they are all made by Mitsu. The only difference with Buschur is you can get it pre-coated and pre-ported, which is a good thing to do, but it's still a stock Mitsu 10.5. Just be sure you get the single flapper and not the dual flapper, if possible.
