My mods are TBE with HFC, Drop-in K&N, Hallman MBC. What is a safe boost level? I set it to 19 but I was getting like 22-23 stock? I searched and I hear 22-23 is good? The reason I asked is it seems to be tampering less like to 18-19ish (did like 16-17 stock). Just want to have a good setting till I get tuned in two weeks

 

keep stock boost levels until yur flashed

 

I'd leave it at stock, or lower till I got a retune.

Unless I was running a higher octane, where I would push it, if barely at all.

 

deff not a good idea to turn up the boost without a tune imo. Bring it to your tuner and let them adjust everything at once. I wouldnt go above stock boost levels without race gas or meth injection.
