Ebay O2 = Boost Creep * Help
I've had my EBAY O2 housing for about 3 months now.
I managed to get the car tuned to 21 PSI in first second and third gear but in fourth and fifth the car begins to boost creep to 23-24 PSI.
Prior to the install of this O2 housing my car couldn't hold boost to redline now its spikes down low then steadies out at 21PSI until I hit higher gears. I've pulled the O2 and ported it as much as I can but testing shows nothing has changed.
I have all the bolt ons thru 272 cams so I'm not sure why it would be creeping so high. I'm not sure how to combat this problem. I have serveral HPDEs this summer and really cannot afford to run that hot in upper gears.
Help!

I have the 10.5HS and I am using an XEDE to control boost.
After cams but prior to the O2 install my car wouldn't even hold 20PSI to redline.
The XEDE holds boost rock solid in 1-3 gears but creep takes over in 4-5 gears.
If I zero my boost table I still see boost creep but not as high as 24PSI.
I had zero problems before the install of the EBAY O2 housing.

my friend with an 05 Evo was also experiencing boost creep problems with the Ebay O2 housing. He'd even enlarged the wastegate hole inside the housing but it didn't do anything
at the same time, another friend with an 05 Evo with a HELIX O2 housing, doesn't get any boost creep....
At what RPM are you getting boost creep?

Still on the stock actuator.
Like I said the boost is solid in lower gears but is just too high in 4th and 5th.
Not sure what to do other than go back to the stock O2 housing.
I could try a MBC but why would the stock setup only go to crap in higher gears?

basically the taller the gear more load gets put on the engine. so your EBC may be able to hold 21psi in 1st-3rd which go past in the blink of an eye. but with a longer gear like 4th or 5th the EBC solenoid has to work harder to vent all that WG signal line pressure.

I am not using a bleeder. The strang thing is prior to installing the O2 my motor was out flowing my turbo and I was unable to hold boost to redline. Now with this O2 if I wanted to I could hold 24PSI in every gear. I know buschur said he made power with the O2 but he also said boost went up 1PSI. I'm guessing that these O2 housing really aren't all that great. I'm probably getting boost creep due to less efficient flow from the wastegate.
I'm seriously thinking about pulling the EBAY O2 of the car. In all honesty has anyone proven this O2 to make power at the same boost levels?
