Wait a min are you still running the stock tank i tought you made a tank. And are you useing this as a second pump or as one becasue in the picture looks like your running both.
My fuel setup goes as follows.
I plumbed off the backs of the saddles. I choose to keep the stock tank so that I'm not put into a different class if I choose to race.
Both these feeds connect to a Y block that then feeds into the pump.
The pump feeds into a fuel filter
The filter connects to a -8 line which feeds directly to the fuel rail feeding 95# injectimicators. The pressure is built using an SX FPR.
After the FPR, the fuel is sent back to the pump via a -6 line. The fuel returns to the tank via the stock fuel pump OUTLET.

As a side note. I have a complete fuel cell and fuel system here with the A1000 pump and filter. All the lines, fittings etc. The fuel cell is a black 12 or 15 gallon cell. I'd like to sell it all. $1,000, complete.
