The stock radiator has a lot of room. We use to use a Vband flange at the outlet of the turbo to the wastegate, some guys did not adjust that correctly or didn't tighten it enough and ended up with a problem. Now the outlet of the turbo to the wastegate is solid. The closest part of our kit to any radiator is the top of the wastegate. As I say, stock radiator there is quite a bit of extra room. Some thicker aftermarket radiators it is tight though.

Jarrod's car ran 11.04 at 128 mph with this turbo on C16 at 28 psi of boost. Jarrod's car is just our Stages 1-4, AEM EMS, Exedy Twin disc. Still has a bone stock head, shortblock, intake manifold and throttle body on it. Also has HKS 272 cams in it. It is not lightened at all.

What kind of power will this kit make on just pump gas? Also, how would you compare the spool characteristics with that of a 50 trim BB on a 2.0?

Not that I'm a model for this turbo but so far I made 378whp@ 23 psi with 93 oct and 436whp with 116 @ 30 psi. This is with ecuflash, basic bolt-ons and a blown headgasket.

These numbers are on pump gas ONLY! I do not have a scanner but as soon as i can get my hands on one i'll post the sheet. I do plan on running a alky injection kit with a AEM. Switching to a AEM alone will unlock a decent amount of power even on pump. It does appear that this is a race gas turbo but it is still fun as hell with pump on the street.

I'll keep everyone updated...

Aren't you working 3rd shift?? wtf are you doing up?

Im just curious if meth injection will be able to keep up at 32 psi...you would know more about that than me at this point.

In the last year, I've run about 100 gallons of leaded 110 through my EVO and haven't had any problems. Still on the stock O2 sensor and still getting 28MPG.

Yes, it was with your kit and torco 116 octane. This turbo rocks! The spool up between shifts is sick!

Heres my thread in the drag forum.

/\ just put in some 116, and crank the boost up....if the tune was done correctly it shouldnt need to be changed for the race gas map...

You could adjust the tune for even more power...but you will be safe with your current tune..
