well im upgrading my intake manifold so i took my stock intake manifold off
and i find oil on the stock intake manifold flange, intake gasket and the block
im not to sure if it is leaking from my head gasket
the leak is not a bad leak but u can tell its been leaking for some time now
the ? is what should i do to fix this ?

If someone did the one @ a time headstud install this is probably what started the leak on the back of the head that the 4g63 is prone to do. If it is a very small amount it is probably fine but always do the normal checks (compression, leakdown and coolant flush) to be sure you are not mixing anything. This probably is more of a seapage than a real leak becuase it is such a small amount that it usually never hits the floor or if it does it is just a drop or two.
The only way to really fix it is to replace the head gasket while having everything check (block, head, studs) to make sure they are inside their normal tollorance values.
