Thanks. I am just wondering if my custom tune and the BR7ES I had at the time are what are making the BPR7ES incompatible. Although I thought the plugs were the same in characteristics except the BPRs have the protruded tip. I am going to snag some BR7ES plugs and see what happens. Just sucks because I wanted fresh plugs for the AMS dyno day tomorrow (and Autozone does not have BR7ES in stock)....oh well...

Installed the BR7ES and same problem. I left them gapped where the old ones that work are gapped, around 0.027" or so. I dont know wtf is going on. I really dont see how gap effects idle that much either. If anything I would think you want the smaller gap at boost. I dont know. I must have had some magic plugs in there or something because when I put those back in everything is fine. WTF? This makes no fn sense!! I am frustrated here!
