My new Coil-on-Plug set-up.....
Well after doing alot of research and getting with several members on the forum, i have finally got my COP almost done. Just waiting on the AEM twin-fire to arrive. I am using Chrysler 300 coils with a fabbed piece of aluminum. Should have it running next week. If anyone is interested in one of these let me know. Ime not interested in making any money, just cover costs........Sooo many people have helped me, ill just pass it on!!! Ray

It is a wasted spark system, until you tell it other wise. I will be running additional wires for coil3 and coil4 to get rid of the wasted spark setup. It will be easier starting off wasted, then going non-wasted. This will fire the coils half as many times and (i assume) cool things down a bit. I turned up the dwell quite a bit on the factory coils and melted them into the valve cover powder coat. So they got pretty hot. Ime guessing coost to be around $700 plus or minus. This includes EVERYTHING except installation. (yes, even the Twin Fire.) If you get your own stuff, i can do the plate and spacers and bolts for like $100. Its actually alot of work......doing it by hand.....just let me finish the R&D on mine first and make sure it runs right. Then ill make a schematic for installation. The hardest thing to do when installing one of these is soldering the wires. If you suck, then use Ghetto(spade) connectors. Stay tuned. Ray
