I ranted and bashed the shops for their ignorance when I saw the backwards recirc. valve, but now I see that in all probability they just didn't know any better and were putting it back on the way it came! Which is why I do all my own work around here...
I'm actually surprised D.B. didn't see it when tapping my boost line to their dyno computer. Wasn't exactly looking for/ at it, though.

It builds boost faster, harder, and holds stronger than any other setup I've tried - it's just so dam noisy and, well.... a little strange

I had to install my Forge DV backwards because the vac line was too short. Works fine though. Although now I'm not sure if I'm just getting flutter on occasion, or compressor surge. It only happens at high speeds in 5th when I'm "lazily" excelerating like someone else said. Modulating the throttle if you will.

Mine flutters too....I have it on the right way and sometimes it does that.......is there a remedy for that or is it just something is "characteristic" about the car? Any info would be great! thanks.

When my engine is semi-cold.....and i give it boost to about 15psi....then go back to "easy driving" i have fluttering sound..... is it b/c the engine is not up to proper temps yet?..... and sometimes it sounds like the spring is stuck and then i give it boost and its fine? confusing sometimes.
