Buschur or Shearer for the most proven and reliable kits. Slowboy is good to go, but there just aren't many Evos out there with their stuff, since they are newer to the Evo fabrication game. I recommend avoiding all RNR products.
Are you sure you want a 3076? It is a good turbo, yes, but I wasn't sure if you were open to other suggestions or had a specific goal in mind...

well im strickly sticking a a street car with good spool. Maybe the track once every few months. Goal is 400awp on 91oct if possible. Why not RnR seen their kit first hand and it is beautiful, their located down the street and have been very helpful with ansering every question I have asked.

A DBB 50 trim should be able to get you to your horsepower goals on pump gas and still maintain a decent spool; it is considered the "pumpgas king". As for all the kits you mentioned they all have some different features from each other but in the end will be close in total power. Personally I like Buschur and Slowboy because they use a cast manifold and are less prone to crack. Slowboy would get my pick though

My 05 LY evo is at RnR Racing right now. They put a 2.4 bottom end with a 37r turbo in the car. It isn't broke in yet but it looks amazing. If you live down the street from them ask to look at Erik's car.

Check out the Buschur 3065. On a stock motor it makes high 300's on pump gas.. mid 400's on race gas. This is on the BR dyno (Talking about Jarrods car). I wouldn't be suprised to see it hit 500 on their dyno eventually.

I have a RNR GT35R kit and been very happy with the kit so far, in next 2-3 months I will tune it with the Methanol inj. So Ill post the results, and if you live down the street from RNR that’s a plus to.

JMB8606,
I am a slowboyracing customer, I did upgrade my turbo on a Eclipse GSX I had and I was very happy with their customer service and price.
Buschur is always another trusty brand which is mechanically proven. As far is the other two, I honestly haven't deal with them so I prefer not to comment.

another option for a reliable kit would be either the Trust/GReddy 20G or T67 25G. they can be had in 8cm hotside for quick spool, or 10cm hotside for more topend. prices are between Yen483-504K (USD$4K-4300). IIRC, RRE made 512whp on the 25G kit which was 1 of the 1st kits to be released for USDM evos.

What is up Housedj? Carlos here.. Hey I did not knowGreddy made the 20G with 8cm intake, that is something I haven't heard but is good to know.
Anyway, as far is the price goes, your numbers are a bit optimistic. I found more than one vendor that would sell the t67/25G for high $2000's.

i meant to add that those prices are the highest 1 could pay as those #'s are the MSRP. there are a crapload of cheaper deals out there but the guy probly isn't interested since they're not BB turbos. aftewr my project 11.49 is done, i will run a 25G w/10cm...

why avoiding RNR products? I don't think you actually experience any turbo kits mentioned here.
