Apex-i, Garret, or HKS? to replace stock JDM Mg Turbo

Apex-i, Garret, or HKS? to replace stock JDM Mg Turbo
Okay, i've finally decided to replace my stock JDM Mg Turbo and buy either a Apex-i Rx6B Turbo kit, or the HKS 3037 kit, or a just a plain Garret ball bearing turbo with .60 AR
Fuel is bad here (most probably only 90 octane), and i still will use the car as a daily drive. Any suggestions? The only thing i want to achieve is that the car should be faster than it was.

.For the turbo,what is your goal??WHP,What purpose etc etc will affect the result,so let us know what you want.
