The Blitz SBC-id gets my vote. IT reads in psi or Bar, has a great display, easy to use and install but most importantly it has dual small selenoids so much faster response than anything else I've tried. BTW, the new Profec B version II should be out very soon.

I've got an old HKS EVC III ATM boost controller that has never been used. Anyone have any experiences with this controller? Any spiking issues?

I have been running an SBC-id on my WRX I bought from Guru/God/Dan for over a year now. I like it and its fairly simple to install. Plus its small and will mount in a ton of different places. You just have to watch it when it gets cold out.
