No it will not. Ive never seen cutout's even affect them. People run open dumps (whether it be external or internal wastegates) with no ill-effects. Also, the dump pipe will be routed to face the ground where-as a cutout is just open under the car.
I dont run the undertray so that is not an issue for me. Of course if you do, yes you'd have to cut it. Im headed to JMF tomorrow so Ill give updates tomorrow.

This is just an 02 dump which basically instead of having the WG exhaust rerouted back into the exhaust's path, it will just be vented to the atmosphere.
