the upper is the same, but the compressor outlet on the viii and ix are different..thats why buschur redesigned an evo ix specific licp (i think buschur's licp replaced the stock compressor outlet flange?)

the AMS LICP fits perfectly on the ix's

 

What is the best set of UICP that I can get with a setup for the HKS BOV & where is the best place to get it at.... ?

 

A UICP won't make any power, and using the HKS SSQV is a mistake unless you're running a speed density system with a standalone ECU. Don't screw up your car by trying to get a UICP for using an HKS SSQV if you still use the stock MAF.

dont the IX's come with the JDM MR DV? What do you need an aftermarket BOV for? save your money player...
