bad Idle Speed Controller (ISC)?
Could a bad ISC create a "leak" type symptoms?
I had a bad ISC not long time ago, just wondering if a bad ISC can create a "Leak" type symptoms.
During that time, at times my car would hesitate during WOT. Kinda feels like a boost cut...
Please chime in your expert opinions.
