Full Race Manifold stock manifold

I just installed a Full Race manifold to replace my ported stock piece. The car is an 04 RS with 3" TBE, revolvers, Ebay O2, Bushur Intake and Deluxe FMIC and AEM w/ wideband. It was tuned before and after the FR install.

Boost was matched before and after 18lbs (21 PEAK) and fueling was adjusted for similar AFR curves and a safe tune.

Before FR manifold we had 338hp and 342ft/lbs
After manifold install it made 349hp and 350ft/lbs.

The gains were across the board and very consistent. Nowhere in the curve did performance dip below the ported stock manifold. The stock turbo spooled quicker and power was held until 6600 rpm where it starts to fall off after the FR mani. The car is very driveable but the difference is very noticeable. knock voltage was lower after the install as well. I gave the dyno printouts to a freind to scan and will post them tonight hopefully.

Big thumbs up to Jeff and the guys at FullRace!

Full Race definitely makes really quality parts. Their manifold was the nicest piece I had on my turbo Honda.

Im intrested in seeing the graphs. Hopefully they are posted soon. Looks like you made some nice gains. It will be interesting to see the AFR comparison.

you got this one right? They list two different kind of manifolds for Evo's at their web page, but I think only that one works with the stock turbo...

Edited to also ask: are you worried about it cracking with the e-bay O2 housing? That is the main reason why I have not gotten this manifold yet.. My shop said almost all manifolds crack at some point...

It might be more than just 10HP gain - remember, he replaced a ported coated stock manifold with FR piece...

Would be sweet if we just knew how much HP the ported piece made over stock???
