Please provide a better description of your car than "poop". It could be a mistake to purchase a non-recirculating BOV for your car since it uses a mass airflow meter for the engine management. That will cause some problems with how the car runs right there. With the compressor bypass valve being so darn good, it just does not make much sense to go with a Tial BOV at your mod level.
Please provide more information so people can help.

Ok to be more exact i drove the car for a test run , car statred up great no idle issues , when i took it out seemed like boost was coming on way to slow , does the boost solenoid have to be grounded ? Also when i hit about 5500 rpm in 2nd gear bov released like i was shifting but i wasnt , is it the spring pressure maybe or my connections , i know a VTA is not the best way to go with a MAF pipe but i was told by AMS that it would only be trouble during idle if any , its hit and miss .

I am not super familiar with the TiAL BOV, but lots of ppl run them in very high boost cars, so there has got to be a way to make it work. According to this chart (http://www.tialsport.com/documents/w3_tial_bov50_sp.pdf) the only stiffer spring they have is 12psi, so I'm not sure that will make a big difference.
Make sure you have a very good boost source directly from the intake manifold and that the hose is not leaking. Also, the line must come from somewhere AFTER the throttle body in order to work properly.
If you have checked that thoroughly and are positive it is ok, then if there is a way to add pre-load to the spring I would try that.

Basically, MAF setups are designed for recirculating valves. Period.

You need a blow through MAF sensor or to run an AEM EMS with speed density conversion... you are running a vent to atmospher BOV.
Keith
PS: Why are you asking about the boost soleniod when your pictures show a manaul boost controler installed?

Keith,
He is also running an 11psi spring. I hope you are not running this spring with a stock turbo, becuase if you are you are surging like a train.

Not only is he a using a valve not designed for his application, but he has the valve sharing a pressure/vacuum reference with the boost controller.
Again, read the thread I linked to above to see why this isn't the right way to set this up.

We never recomend running a TiAL BOV on a stock turbo. It is a heavy valve designed for larger turbo's. Yes, you can run it but you then accept all the quirks and nproblems that go along with running a VTA BOV. Late spool and shutter while in boost are usually boost leak issues. Make sure all your vacuum lines are the appropriate diameter, connected correctly and that the couplers are all seated correctly on the pipes. A boost leak test is HIGHLY recomended.
Was this piece purchased directly from AMS or from one of our dealers? do you remember whom you spoke to. Mark and I have asked you to call the shop to work through this. Its much easier to converse back and forth on the phone then on the internet.
