Raise the fuel pressure

Supposed you have enough fuel from the pump for your whp at ANY fuel pressure, steel braided fuel lines, and a fuel cooler,

is there any gain in power in raising up the fuel pressure to the maximum you can, without modifying the afr, but only for the better fuel atomisation, shorter injection duration and better injection timing ?

Thank you.

Unless the injectors are specificly designed for higher fuel pressure I don't see that much gain in the atomomization of the fuel. Ultra high pressure injectors use much smaller holes combined with the higher fuel pressure to improve atomization.

My understanding is that the only gain associated with using an adjustable FPR to raise fuel pressure is that you can get a little more headroom out of your fuel injectors if they are very close to being at 100% duty cycle.
