what does the + 90° to 94° mean in this? How do I do that? I'm guessing torque to 20 then tighten + 90° to 94° past where i hit 20lbs?

Connecting rod cap nut 20 ± 2 (15 ± 1 ft-lb) + 90° to 94°

if this is a sticky, someone needs to update the rear suspension. the lca and more importantly, the strut to lca torque specs are not on here!
