Easy fix that won't happen with a quality exhasut.

The only other brand I've ever seen this happen to was a 3 year old Apex N1 on a DSM and those were made from mild steel, not stainless.

Hangers shouldn't break off period.

I have seen posts of other brands with broken hangers. I'm sure it will be a little more common with this exhaust with its low cost of construction (ie bad weld or the area being over heated once in awhile). Also this thread is specific to the ebay exhaust and is turning out to be a pretty honest evaluation of the product. I think people will be more likely to post issues with their part if they did not pay much for it.

I am looking forward to installing this system as I have owned Agency Power, Blitz and Works exhausts in the past couple of years and have not found an exhaust that I want to keep. This may not be the one but there is not much of a loss if I don't like it.

I was thinking about just getting a whole new exhaust setup but i realized there is absolutely nothing that would make me go out and spend another 800 bux on another setup. This setup sounds amazing and was just as amazing performance wise. I'm just going to get the hangar fixed and keep it.

Next test is going to be how it fits when I get my JDM Rear.

I've got my JDM rear sitting in my bedroom right now. Install day is tomorrow so I'll let you guys know how it fits or if it fits at all.

I'm crossing my fingers.

The old adage you get what you pay for applies here.

+1 Pictures are nice but I really can't see how well it fits. Maybe he is hiding something.

I too had a great experience with my ebay exhaust even through 2 chicago winters it still looks great.

I recently removed my downpipe when I was installing a new turbo and found something that was not pleasing. I dont know if this has been brought up in this thread, not about to search either. Where the dp meets the o2 housing, it is only 2.5" Fortunately I had a buschur dp that I got with my kit and it was 3" I imagine this robbed me of some power granted I was already at the 350hp/380tq level.

^ Not likely.... a 2.5" downpipe is plenty for airflow like that.

just ordered this last night. paid 233.93 shipped. ive seen it and driven in evos with it and it works great, ive been reading this thread all night. on socal evo there is an exhaust power thread and this didnt put out much power over stock. mostly 7whp or so. but i think its because the restrictive muffler and it was tested as just a cat back, no test pipe or downpipe. so im sure if we drop the muffler it has for a less restrictive one, then it should be good. and with the test pipe and downpipe we should see bigger numbers. right now im running a 3"downpipe and test pipe with my stock catback. had an espiler jgt500 and it kicked ***. this one is a lot like that. same bends and all, just no resonator. great thread guys. and if anyone get there tune done post up the graphs. i will once i get it on. also ill put one once i switch the muffler out with something else.
