Ebay O2 turbo outlet

I was wondering, which Ebay O2 turbo outlet housing is everyone getting when they talk about the "ebay" one?

A search reveals quite a few, like:

The last one at $128 claims to be wider/bigger than others... true? False?

Anyone know which one is "better" or the "standard" one that everyone keeps talking about when they say THE "ebay o2" one?

Just buy the cheapest one, the 3 cheap ones are eBay. The Invidia is a waste of money and doesnt make as much power.

Look, someone has had them all together and side by side...the EBay ones that is, and they're all the same. The Megan, the SSAC, et. al., are all the same, identical unit, for all intents and purposes.
