The Denso does not flow as much as a Walbro, but its good enough for most gasoline applications. I'd be a bit worried about whether it can keep up with a highly modified stock turbo E85 setup.

The Walbro whine is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I only hear it when the car is idling at a stop with the A/C off, and its not an annoying sound.

No, AP BOSS contracts with Denso to make a 240 LPH pump that is 38mm diameter and fits in the Evo fuel pump assembly.

If i were to simply want to push 380 whp or so with the stock turbo on 93 octane at 25 psi will the denso pump be enough? I don't have plans of exceeding 400hp

It will do just fine for that. The stock pump might even be enough for that, but it can't hurt to run a higher capacity pump.

Weird thing is, there should be a market for this new canister (that can house the supra pump) and wiring harness - especially now that the oem fuel canister is discontinued. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to build one, anybody got hookups w/ cnc shops that can machine out a new lid?

Note: nevermind, fullblown thread - would be have been great if they made another one supporting the supra pump though

Walbro's suck, the SRT-4 Mopar Stage 3 owners routinely replace theirs every year (comes with the kit).

Does anybody have a supra pump prepped for evo install for sale. I'd like to receive it and get a tuner to install it after removing the old pump housing. I dont believe the 245 lph will suffice for running 27 psi on an fp red turbo 450 whp. If you think it can let me know, if not send me a pm if you have the pump available. I'm not interested in walbro

The 60 mm Supra pump will not fit in the molded plastic Evo stock fuel pump housing. The only way that you can use the 60mm Supra pump is if you use an aftermarket housing like a Full Blown with the appropriate lower supports.

You can do the calculations on a RED's fuel use to determine what you are comfortable with for supporting fuel system mods. It depends on what fuel you are running as well...

If the Denso supra pump outputs 144LPH @ 90PSI, would adding 1 more double the output to 288LPH or it doesn't work that way?

Probably not. It depends on whether you have the fuel system joining the pump's flow in serial or in parallel, what you use to join the pump flow (T-joing, Y-joing, low angle Y-joint), the fuel line size, the wiring of the pumps, and a variety of other factors.

AMS did a very nice fuel pump test awhile back which showed the general effect of some of these variables with different pumps. You might read that and be able to reach some general conclusions.

I'm thinking of powering each of these pumps with their own 30 amp capable wiring circuit and having them flow, in parallel, through their own stainless steel fuel supply line leading into different ends of the fuel rail. If they don't share wiring circuit or flow through the same line via a Y joint, I'm thinking their performance shouldn't be compromised...or so I think

Perhaps to improve the performance of both pumps further, I can use a kenne bell voltage booster to push up the voltage supply to each pump to 16V.

AP-BOSS 240, SARD 265 and POWER ENTERPRISE 245 are all the same pump, and it isn't anymore a DENSO unit (and it isn't neither a WALBRO).
It isn't properly P&P because ypou have to solder another connector, a simple operation.
According to power enterprise
