Car slower after clutch install???
So yesterday i had a ACT HDSS and Exedy flywheel install. Couldnt be any happier with the setup and the install... The only thing i noticed was that the car feels slower... I dont feel that "kick" anymore when i hit the pedal like before.. Seems that the turbo spools slower and takes longer to get moving to speeds.. I feel the most lost at low-midrange but car starts picking up in the top... I checked everything and theres no leaks and the car holds boost like before and everything was put back how it was..
Maybe it feels like this cause of the new setup and im not used to it? Maybe cause of the lighter flywheel? Any imput would help

no it won't get 'faster' once its broken in but depending on the clutch material it needs time to mate to the FW surface before you can start beating on it. Otherwise you sevearly reduce the life of the clutch. I'm sure though, if it is an organic compound clutch, whoever did your install would have let you know this before hand...
