Rt side CV boot was blown off, and the metal band, holding the boot in place was split in half.

Further updates on other site when they are known.

Here is the best run, all other 8 runs were damn near the same, one was faster in MPH though. Again, this is the best I could get out of it, WITHOUT a tune! I have an easy 11 second slip in there for sure!I will get the broken part fixed, strap it on a dyno. I am running out of time, winter is coming!

Here is the best run of that fateful day:

R/T: .374
60 1.603
330 4.942
1/8th 7.726
MPH 88.02
1000 10.111
1/4 12.107
MPH 113.05

Any word yet?
Given the cloud of black "smoke" I'd say you broke the pressure plate which = no pressure.
I think you will find the pressure plate is no longer loading the disks which are probably shredded.

Whoever says it's the input shaft I don't agree at all and I don't think anyone has broken one yet.

Ah wait this is a twin?
The hold down bolts for the assembly to the flywheel probably snapped. This has happened a few times. clutch is no longer attached to the flywheel.

Was this run on pump gas or race gas? I'm less than 1 mph slower and .1 slower than you right now on pump gas with my measly mods. We both need to be tuned.

Nice runs and get that thing fixed cause we are having a meet the first Sunday on November.

I know where you live, and you should start to hear me when I get around Shelbyville! I should have my "reason for what exploded in my drivetrain today!"
