you try slight adjustments with bolts and ****. like losen them a little bit and slide it around until it fits then tighten them back down?

my manifold has slight cracks in it now i'm not even going to attempt having him look @ it i will just buy a full race manifold or one from another reputable vendor!!!!!!!!!

It's prolly designed for a 03 without ACD. get one custom fabbed. It won't cost that much.. Ohterwise.. I might be willing to take the kit off your hands.

My car has ACD fit no problem...actually myself & 2 friends installed RnR kits no real problems, the first 2 needed the dumptube for the wastegate slightly repositioned....but the 3rd kit Ryan fixed the jig for it (it has gotten slightly off throughout the years).

Maybe because the kit is being installed on a IX...

I thought the kit fit very well IMHO

Well it's MONDAY...call Ryan

I just installed one yesterday on a 05 and it fit without a problem, i would recomend just taking your time and using the mounting tabs and hangers to get it where you need, all i had to do was shim the front tie bar down about 1/4 inch.

I think I got an email from you. The 02 Housing once install uses a dounut piece to connect to the downpipe. Please email me at rs92laser@yahoo.com and I can retify the problem for you. We have sold close to 300 kits and so I am sure I can work with you to figure it out.

I have seen more RnR kits than I can shake a stick at and have never seen any problem that couldn't be easily fixed. His kits are one of the most established in the Evo market and I have seen them make huge power over and over again with no problems. Ryan does a good job - give him a chance to make it right.
