Ignition amplifiers

Just wondering if anyone has compared these:

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/29663

to the HKS DLI II?

those do nothing to improve duration, only initial spark.... or at least that's what the sales literature says. The DLI II improves both.... or that's what the sales literature says.

More Spark

I haven't talked to my local shop yet, but the DLII worked great on my Suby: it gave me an extra 5mpg on both street and highway. I don't know how much it affected power since I put it on before doing a baseline run.

Improving the initial spark would be a good thing also. Since our stock coils are prone to early failure, mabe these new coils would be a good alternative as replacements.

i see no 5mpg increase with the DLI II, but do feel smoother idle and slightly smooth at high rpms.

I would stay away from igintion solutions garbage, I had that on mylast car and it was junk and there service department just flat out sucks. I have the Sun hyper force system which I am pleased with so far.
