Yeah same car that was overboosting. It's settled down now I can get it to right at 21 - 22 psi, but no lower.

I been beating my head into a wall over this scenario for 3 days now.

What I would do in your situation at this point is start scaling the injectors down a bit and seeing if your long term fuel trims drop. MJ's Mitsulogger has the fuel trims set up more like pocketlogger so they are easier to use than the ones in Evoscan. Based upon your fuel trims, you probably are running lean at idle. If rescaling the injectors starts bringing the fuel trims closer to 0, (or 100 in Evoscan), then you are on the right track. Once you get the fuel trims in check you should be able to figure out if there is a problem with your wideband because you will be at 14.7:1 at idle.

Wideband sensors typically die by not being able to read RICH enough. So it points toward a sensor a bit.

Turns out it was a bad DP flange. It was warped and was leaking, so no matter what gasket I put in it wasnt fixing it. Swapped the DP, popped in a donut gasket and viola....fixed my afr's at idle. Now onto other issues.

Um... I guess you missed that last post Joey ? LOL

JK

It was a warped DP flange. IT was allowing "fresh" air in and the Wideband sensor downstream was picking up that clean air and thinking the car was lean.

So what part was leaking, the DP flange to cat or O2 housing to DP?

I figured the length of the thread was what threw you off Joey.
