Did a bit more research. That pic up above I believe is Mitsu's WRC car. Mitsu in Europe supposedly advertised is as a "performance product" in that when the throttle body is closed, extra air from the intake would flow into the hot exhaust manifold. This is why people on and off boost notice a popping sound (without flames) comeing from their exhaust. Not enough fuel though to cause combustion to occur in the exhaust manifold so no ALS. Now if you could control a 5th fuel injector, that's another way to get it working.

lol those ports are not for EGR

Yep those definitely aren't EGR, I forgot on the 4G63 the EGR is internally run through the head (from the exhaust to the intake side). Yay for you!

I don't see cowl induction, but rather intake from the duct on the left.

Thats a TON of work for something that will probably only give you a 1/2 second of spool up, and only if you were already WOT. So basically the only thing this might be good for is a road course track car.

There is a table for Anti-lag in the USDM Evo IX image in ECUFlash.. don't know if it's functional or not, though. From the factory it's configured for 2500rpm.

I heard it's now a defunct map and was only used in early Evo's up until the VI. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

If your really interested in a true anti-lag setup, contact AMS, they are running it on their time attack car.

When you say "true" do you mean hardware of software way of doing it? Both will give you similar results. Software way of doing it is to retard ignition timing by 30 degrees across the map when engine load is below 100.

Pic of my EVO IV when I went to check it out last spring. HKS antilag manifold.

550hp RX6R Power Enterprise CT9A that retained the OEM antilag setup. TAS '06

If I got to TAS '07 I will try to get a lot of EVO pics.

I'm not entirely sure what exactly their using, but they have said they are using an anti-lag setup on their time attack car. There is a video on their forum showing a demo of thier digital dash. After someone had pointed out the boost gauge never showing vacuum, AMS had admited to have an anti-lag setup on the car. I'm not interested in this part as I don't think it would be needed on my car. I was giving the OP somewhere to look if they were interested in pursuing this further.
