Megan header+02 housing gasket question.

Hey guys,

I just got my Megan header and 02 housing in the mail from ttp. Took 2 days to get here, thanks Scott

My question is.. I researched a lot before my purchase so I know all about the header gasket. I plan on re-using the stock gasket that connects the header to the block, but what about the other side? and the 02 housing gaskets? Should I use the stock ones for everything or just the block side of the manifold?

thanks in advance

Do you mean use stock gaskets on both sides of both the manifold and 02 housing?

yes use the stock gasket where the manifold meets up and also the gasket between the hotside and 02 housing. also when taking the stock 02 housing out soak that thing hardcore in pb blaster or something to loosen bolts up with becuase you can very easily break the studs

All 3 gaskets. Manifold to head= stock metal, manifold to turbo= stock metal, hotside to O2 housing= stock metal and you will have no gasket issues.
