Oil drain plug crush washer.

Besides the dealer does anyone know where to buy the oil drain plug crush washers. My MR has the oil temp sending wire right in the middle of the drain plug,so i can't change the drain plug every time i change the oil.I have only seen the washers sold together with the new drain plugs.

When you go get an oil filter from the dealer just ask for the crush washer for the drain plug. They SHOULD know what you are talking about.

You don't need to change the drain plug every oil change.....just the crush washer.

Not to smart... #1 oem filters are ALWAYS BEST. Theres no reason why you need an autozone one they just elevate the amount of oil flow and I dont know about you but a mixture of grinding and oil should be well filtered not free flow.. #2 Just ask for a crush washer at any dealership most of the time its free but some guys will charge like 2 bucks (I know for fact my father owns a mitsu. dealership) better to be safe then sorry..

I sold my DSM with the crush washer it came with - no leaks. I plan to do the same with my Evo - 36k and no leaks.

My dealer charged me $1.99 each for the oil drain crush washer.

I'll get some at autozone for $0.05 next time.

The dealership here tapes one to the top of every filter box we buy.
