11.2 @ 120 on the stock turbo, but I want more. What next?
I recently ran 11.22@120mph with the stock turbo and a decent amount of weight reduction. I'm now looking for suggestions on how I can make my Evo more powerful with the stock snail in pursuit of those elusive 10 second timeslips.
Here are my current mods:
Stock 2005 16G Turbo with the 10.5 hotside (~21psi to redline)
Dynoflash C16 race gas tune (stock ECU)
Crushed MR BOV
Buschur Race FMIC with piping
Walbro fuel pump
Stock injectors/MAF/bottom end/no head work/etc.
HKS RS Intake
HKS 264/272 cams
QTP 3" downpipe with cutout
Cusco Twin Disc Clutch
BFG 225-45-17 Drag Radials
For future mods I'm thinking of the following:
Ebay O2 housing
Buschur ported exhaust manifold
Forge WGA & stronger BOV for more sustained high RPM boost
Wilder cams, possibly GSC or HKS 280/280
Some system which will let me remove the MAF (MAFTpro maybe?)
Maybe an aftermarket ignition system.
What do you guys think of these mods?
Any other mods you guys would suggest which could improve my 1/4 mile times with the stock turbo? I'm trying somewhat to do this on a budget, so spending $2K on a standalone or cylinder head is out of the question at this point.
Thanks for any help!

You gotta turn up the boost more, TTP ran his stock turbo to more then 30 psi; and i'm assuming Curt Brown did the same. CB also had standalone and every bolt-on possible; and i think you will have to do the same to get into the 10's.

If your running 21psi to redline and running these times maybe turning the boost up, but I gather your not running 21psi on the track,or your running 88 degrees of timing....
I'm actually running the same exact timing map as I was on my 93 octane flash!
Keep in mind the car is a good 400lbs lighter than a stock Evo.

Btw can you post some slips for that time you ran? I'm willing to bet the 60' times need some improvement to match Curt Brown plus the trap speed should give an indication if the boost is leaking a little with such an aggressive stock turbo setup.
Edit:
N/m finally saw the video link, very impressive
