there are a lot of high quality turbo kits out there..............it's hard to say which one is "the best" considering that most people claim whatever they have is "the best"............

know what i mean?

That's true that people are bias to what they have but full-race seems to have the best results. Did you read the post of that guy that maid 378 on 91 with just normal boltons? That has a lot of potential with race gas.

I do know that full race has some amazingly well built kits. The parts are all robotically tig welded. I was going to get one of their kits for my '00 civic si right before I jumped at the deal I got on my evo. Why not start with a better platform and go from there, right? The civic was a fun car, but it was definitely no evolution!

I have a full race kit sitting in my garage but I dont have a turbo for it yet. I'm just looking for a good deal on a 30r or 35r.

As far as results for a 30r my friend is running a full race kit with ams hks 272 cams ext and he put down 460 WHP with 100 octane only on a safe tune. Not too bad huh? He loves it.

Yeah I'm sure I'll get more then 400 on pump. He was using cosworth cams I will be using Jun 272's. Hopefully that helps a lot. Plus I'm going to be running one E-85 I can probably get over 500 on the stock bottom end as my dd. Awesome huh!?

Its definitely one of the nicest kits available but I would say that the AMS or Shearer kits are equal in every aspect.

Im new to the Evo family but I have a turbo Honda prelude with a Full Race turbo kit and I must say fit and finish is amazing and the performance that thier kits offer is second to none in my opinion! I will be putting a full race kit on my Evo for sure I highly recommend the kit or at least the mani!

Full Race has my full recommendation, but I won't say they are the best. They do put down beastly numbers on my friends RSX Type S.
