the sniffer used for that dyno reads high... period

i use a lab grade NTK sensor following the turbine outlet for most cars that I calibrate... Clyde's EVO at full load is 7/10ths of a point richer than what the dyno graph shows...

to answer that one guys' question...

u dont have to use a mini radiator ... but you do at least have to get a evo 5 style radiator ... if you want to use a Dump pipe with the peakboost kit do you have to go mini bc how tight everything is...

and question ....

are you on the stock intake manifold? if so WHOA!
any plans to get some racegas numbers or some numbers with meth? =D

Race gas numbers coming soon... (hopefully it doesnt snow anytime soon or we'll have to wait until spring)

The car doesnt go outside during the snowy winter months...

The car is in the garage... i have alot more to do, to get it ready for next years

time attack...

Alot of parts still left to put on

No plans of using meth... not interested in going that route... the car is powerful with the peakboost kit and setup/ tune I have...

Im happy! you will be too once you order your peakboost kit!

thanks

im just curious as to why you would be against changing the factory radiator?

the upper radiator hose placement on the evo8/9 is far to close to the hottest area of the engine compartment.

we datalogged the engine temps @ settled operating temperature on both the EVO8 PWR to the EVO5 PWR, same core just the relocated upper hose placement.

EVO8- 92*c/198*F @ idle
EVO5- 88*c/190*F @ idle

btw, we do stock the EVO5 Pwr radiators(only $449) to accomdate these kits or just move your hose away from all that heat

Happy Holidays and New Year everyone
