Greddy TI - Decibel ratings?

Greddy TI - Decibel ratings?
Has anybody ever measured the decibel rating for a Greddy TI with a cat?
My buddy got a exhaust ticket with that exhaust on, and i'm wondering if he took it to the ref, what the noise level would be with the silencer.
The ticket was kinda bull too. It's a non-correctable traffic violation and a 100+ dollar fine with a point on your record.
I did a search and couldn't find anything.

That blows.
w/ the silencer in it should pass the 95 decibal test that all exhaust systems need to conform too. Take it to the ref, test it w/ the silencer and if it passes tell your buddy to fight it in court...he should win or get the fine/penalty reduced

I don't think it can even pass the 95db level with the silencer on.. I saw that they tested the greddy ti exhaust with the silencer and without, but I'm not sure where I saw it
