Well apparently you do... lol. Anyways that kinda bums me out. The damn thing doesn't get to 20lbs till 4000 rpms. Marco from billet design seems to think it is close to a GT35r but wasn't too sure. The compressor side of this thing looks bigger than a GT35r.

The funny part is the T67 and TD06-SH25G don't even use a true TD07 turbine. The TD07S-25G and the T78 both use a 7mm bigger inducer and exducer.

Using the term "25g" is about as useless as stating you have a GT30R .

20lbs at 4000rpm with a fourth gear pull is really good with a T67.

The bigger compressor cover is to help with surge.

The thing with the TD06-Reverse wheels it that they're big - much larger in diameter than the GT30 turbine wheels. The Garrett turbos employ a longer inducer/exducer length on the turbine wheel to maintain surface area but reduce rotational mass (by reducing the diameter). The TD06-R wheels weigh anywhere from 0.5-0.8oz more than the GT30R turbine wheels and as I recall are ~7mm larger in diameter - I'm sure you can see why there's more lag.

That said, the TD06 wheels are good for consistent 10's on the EVO with a properly setup car.

Cheers,

Gary
