Buschur Racing 20G-LT DYNO results review

Sounds like you are a good guy, nice. Is good to see replys like yours, .
Now, wipe that grin off your face, . I sayed it was not "Rocket Science", but I did not sayed I could do Magic, .
I was at the Dyno 1 1/2 hours and spended 5 minutes of that missing with the boost controller the very first few runs.
The rest was used to tune the ECU and A/F's. Not enought time to tune out the tapper.
New turbo, new Wastegate Actuator, new Manifold, more Boost. Too many new things to take into account. Time was short.
I know you know what I mean. It was Apples to Oranges.
I will try to get it tuned out. I will definatelly get back with you if and when I get it down to a Science again .
Take care,
Manie P.

John knew about my boost controller solution. He is very impressed with the results we were getting with it. He said he told you about it while you were there. John is a good friend of mine. He does an awesome job. When he was here in NC, we couldnt get my boost to hold up either. That was before the EVC 6 was out. Anyhow, nice numbers anyhow. Looking for them to go up when you get the taper sorted out.

Mannie you said you took the car to the track and you picked up 27mph in the back half....can you please post the full slip or atleast the trap speed. I would think the trap speed would be a great indicator of the power being made and would back up the dyno numbers.

I don't understand why I would need to back up the Dyno numbers!
I can go back to the Dyno and go at it again if you want. It is 100.00. Send it to me and I will try to back up the numbers again, .
Actually, on the track run, the boost never went above 28 .0 psi. So on that run car was not making the same power as on the Dyno at 30 to 31 psi. And I was driving it, and I am terrible at it.
But to give you an idea of the improvement, here are the time slips from before on the stock turbo, and now on the LT. The 11.8 slip compared to the 12 sec slip. On that 11.8 pass, all numbers, 60 ft. 330 ft. 1000 ft. and 1/4 were better. Even the 1/8 mph was higher do to the better driving by Melvin Jr.. On the latest pass, I drove it and the numbers were worse, yet the mph was higher and as I mentioned, it picked up almost 29 mph. With the stock turbo, my best personal time when I was driving was 12.5@111.xx. So I picked up 6 plus mph. Confirming the Dyno numbers of 60 plus more HP. I will take it back and let Jr or someone else with better driving skills make a pass and see.
I hope this helps. The car is amazing, trust me.
Got to go to sleep.

Dynojet numbers add 13 percent. That will put the Dynojet numbers at 471 hp/473 tq. Give or take.
I forgot to tell you great numbers, and good luck on your next session, Adam. Please come back and post your results.
It will be sweet to see 470 plus to compare it to mine.

Mannie I'll def post my new results when they are done. I'll have straight 93 octane numbers (for the crowds) and race gas numbers. And the track opens soon and hopefully I'll have time to go and post some good times.
