help me pick a turbo kit

after owning a 400whp integra i'm geting sick of this slow *** evo and its poor excuse of a turbo. so its time to upgrade. i have my eyes on theres 4 turbo kits

sls https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&highlight=sls
afi https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&highlight=afi
dyno flash https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=234908
peak boost https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=230345

i plan on geting a gt3076r. i'm going to be running 91 octane 90% of the time. and i will run the stock ecu for now so i'm keeping the maf.
i really dont want to spend much more that 3,000. does anyone have any info on the sls or afi kits. i dont think anyone really runs them and i cant get any real data on them. i dont think anyone also has the dyno flash kit.
i know peak boost is a great company and tonsof ppl run their stuff in the honda world but i dont really see any evos with it. plus i dont think the top mount setup is 100% bolt on. you still need a differant radiator and other stuff that makes the kit almost if not more than 4k

can anyone just give me some info about these kits.

SLS, Buschur 3065 or 50trim, AMS 3076, ATP 3037s. any of those will do. i personally have the ATP and will be tuned in less than 2 weeks, so i cant give u my personal opinion yet, but i can say its all high quality.

Do you already want to go all out with a turbo kit? I'm sure you could satisfy your taste of power for a bit with a meth kit.

First in no way is the stock turbo a poor excuse for a turbo.

On your 91 **** your not gonna make a ton of power on any of these kits and even if you do make 50 more whp up top your gonna lose a 100whp in the rest of the curve.

The gt3076 isnt really a great turbo for the evo. A 50 trim for pump gas and race gas sometimes. A gt35r or 3065 would be better for a meth and race gas choice.

All these look great for the money but your choice in turbos might need to be changed.

Um, no one said anything about a stroker motor - that makes a huge difference with spoolup. Also, a 3076r is not nearly as big as a 37r - those are 2 completely different turbos. Suggesting he get a 37r when he'll be on the stock motor with stock ECU and 91oct makes absolutely no sense...

I recommend a 50 trim in this guy's case, but I think he should not run any turbo upgrade on 91 without meth/alky.
