well, it's weird that BG doesn't endorse it with a GL rating. i don't like going by according to "blank" unless the "blank" is the company making it. did you find out if they used the right fluid in the TC? diaqueen LSD, not diaqueen gear. mitsu will probrably check the fluids to make sure they're the right ones for your warranty.

ok so here is the update. long story short mitsu rep and dealer say that they think its comming from the "rear" of the car?!?!? wtf yea right. they changed my rear diff fluid which "was black and low", drove the car again and still the same noise. what a suprise right!!! so now they say i have to bring it back tuesday and they will put a listening tool on the frame to see where the sound is comming from. The reps think the rear. Everyone else thinks the "front".

If it is "rear" mitsu will cover it.
If its "front" then i will have to pay to tear t-case apart unless they determine it was a faulty part. Which it will be so i will have to pay for everything.

Either way im fuuucked. we all know its nothing but the t-case they are just BSing me around.

Best part of the story is later on i talked to the service manager who is really cool for about 30 min. He told me all this dumb stuff the reps were saying. When my aftermarket BOV went off he asked what it was.....this is why no one can get ANYTHING covered under warrenty!!!

Im screwed
