the only problem i see on the pics are the top one is the o2 placement. The welds are the same its just the top one they took more time on and actually polished really well compared to the bottom one.

I got my o2 on friday, and was going to install it anyways, because I thought it still would fit(as posted by others) but after reading this stuff I sent them an email yesterday, they replied today asking for all my information. We'll see how it goes.......
Mdacko- it didn't fit period? I know the a/c line was in the way, but what was it that wasn't working right? I'm just trying to firgure out if it fits. If it does, i'll use it. If not i'll go through the long process of getting an exchange... which is my last resort.....

I'm a rebel. I just bought one
We will see which one I got. I sent the message with my paypal that I needed the one pictured with the bung on the top. Also, wanted my welds clean and the piece polished as the pic shows.

I bet they give the ****ty pieces to people on ebay, but if you pay regular price on their site they hook you up.
I'm hoping me sending a message with my payment will help me out. If not, I'll do a reversal/feedback
I don't understand about the bung on the bottom..
did some evo models come with bung on bottom or are all evos have a bung on the top?
Don't seem right, and you think if they don't ,, sschrome would of fixed this situation by now.

That is the worst looking POS I have ever seen. I would never put something that looked like that on my Evo. I was really never considering getting anything from SSautochrome but this has convinced me never to get ANYTHING they ever come out with. That kind of product and customer service is just awful.

I really don't care what it looks like, and I'm sure it'll hold up, since no ones had problems yet with breaking welds(that I know of), I just want it to fit. That's it.
