Wow, that pieces sucks. I wouldn't use it as I don't think internally it is going to flow well. Small changes in that housing make a big difference in power output.

We have the correct housings instock and ceramic coated.

I agree, its like they had a bad one and welded in a piece to make make it decent to send to someone.

Hopefully they'll send me the correct one. I filed a claim today with SSAC and will file one with ebay on the 14th.

problem is their website states that they do not offer refunds. Papyal offers buyer protection if the advertised product is different than what was received. I e-mailed them and if I don't hear back i'm filing my paypal claim, so that's going to take some 6 weeks. this sucks totaly nesses up my plans for my tune this weekend. if anyone has any luck returning their crappy one to SSA, post it up what happens so we know

I haven't done back to back dyno testing of the good housing on a reflashed stock turbo'd EVO. We've installed them on that combination but not back to back on the dyno. The car I tested it on was mine, at the time it was making about 330 whp (if I remember correctly) and the power gain was very close to 15 whp. No other changes.

Yes it does and when I installed mine I had to relocate the O2 sensor wire. It was a major PITA. Like I said before I should have just got our O2 housing and been done with it!

so then maybe SSA is now following the invida housing model? still BS though cuz the craftmanship is garbage and the advertised picture was way off compared to what a couple of us received recently. no e-mail back from SSA as of yet on my end
