This looks to be a knockoff of the graddy oil adapter. The problem with this is that it brings the oil filter closer to the ground, as well as the lines you have coming off of it.

i was about to bring that up coz i just changed my oil 2 days ago and that oil filter is pretty much almost as low as my downpipe was...especially if you're using the mobil1 filters which are longer than the oem ones.

+1 I wouldnt use this on an EVO for that reason alone. You dont need the filter any closer to the ground than it already is

I have the Greddy/Trust one. It works great for my oil pressure gauge sending unit. Have not hit the ground and ripped the filter off the engine yet, but it could happen if you run over something. With this, the filter is the lowest point on the car. . .

they all work the same and all work great. but i would not use one on the evo bevsuse it will lower the oil filter and the evo already has ports on the oil filter housing for a oil temp and pressure sender.

correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the oil filter mount already tapped for temp sensor?

I'm pretty sure I saw a pipe plug pretty close to where the oil cooler lines run in.

I sell the prosport one which is a pretty sweet unit, i suggest using a smaller filter to avoid the issue of clearance...they are currently backordered though...

Yea, this thing seems kinda useless. I have an aftermarket oil temp and pressure sender on the filter housing and never needed this. Whoever designed this didn't do their homework...
