comp cams 280

i know they produce more power than most of the popular cams including HKS etc. i have no doubt in the power it makes but hows the quality compared to others ? and for anyone running them how long have you been running them and do you have any problems mechanically ?
thanks

Had for 9 months, no problems other than crazy top end power.

Comp 280s are the cheapest cams that offer the most lift, even over the HKS 280s

That isn't going to be of benefit for a stock head.

Comp Cams and HKS cams do not share the same specs. Note: The timing of the Comp Cams is such that they will not make best power installed straight up.

FYI

ISP in Maryland is making great power with the Comp 280's. I have them in my car and definitely cant complain. They have just about the highest lift you can go on the stock valvetrain without upgrading.

Why is there no benefit for the stock head? I figured the the stock turbo would be more of a bottleneck than the head. No?

Someone mentioned their cams being made by Crane. Additionally, they refer to said cams as 'their spec'.

Because flow data reveals the stock head is 'dead' above ~10.2mm lift.
