True statement but the CFM flows a little more, not a lot. When I had my car dyno tuned it put down 10 more horse than a 3076 (nearly identical to the 3065). I'm sure if I put meth on my car and tuned for it I'd be really damn close to what this guys numbers are and I'd have spool about 300 rpm sooner.

Does it mean a whole lot? Not really. But then again, I have no problems passing on the highway in 5th gear

I'm pretty sure it's a 40 compressor wheel. Same as 35R....right? The hotside is 30.

how much more power can be made with the 3076 compared to the 3065? and how much quicker spool does the 3065 have compared to the 3076?

3065 is larger than a 3076.

the 3065 will dwarf a 50trim. DSM's have been nines on a 3065. 50trim wont run past 30psi.

Show me a 50trim that has hit more than 126mph on a evo. theres several stock block, stock head 3065's trapping 128+

Yes, the 3065 will kill a 50trim. Won't spool as fast but the power potential is huge compared to the 50. I just had a customers car in here a few weeks ago that made 580 whp on our dyno with our 3065 kit. Boost was at about 38 psi, so high boost but also big power. Consider my RS ran 9.97 at 542 whp on our dyno!

Jarrod's car has already gone 131 mph, full weight on 18" wheels, etc on the 3065.

DSM's have gone 9's on the 3065. Comparing it to a 50 trim............two different style turbos, no comparison really.

There is a track rental I am attending May 7. It will be the first time out since October where my I bettered the mph from the previous best 11.0 @ 128mph. With a spinning 1.91 60' it went 11.41 @ 131mph. I'm shooting for a mid-high 10 sec. pass and hoping to better the MPH to at least 134. With the 131mph (even the 128) the speed is already there for a high 10sec. pass.

I am not the best driver by any means and I know I will not pilot the car to its full potential. I need some more seat time as I have only made a total of 27 passes in my car. If I can not get the job done we have a few guys who will drive the wheels off of it to get it there.

My car is still full weight, 18" Advans, stock head (no port work, o-ring, etc.) only valve springs & retainers, our drop in pistons & rods (not a full stage 3 bottom end) and I changed tires my tires to BFG drag radials to help it get out of the hole.

At 11.49 you are supposed to have at least a roll bar. Thats why you go to track rentals. Or..... you can run at the NOPI world finals and get thrown out for going to fast without the proper safety equipment.

Wow, thats crazy! Looks like I need a built motor and aem for some serious boost/power. Man this really gives me something to look forward to. 580 is no joke on your dyno!

Proper saftey equipment? Jarrod your suppose to set an example!

At Great Lakes Dragway its the same rules (11.49) but they never really cared...but i guess they are going "NHRA" this year so i'll get booted even if im in the 11's

Nez just so you know.... when I made those few changes back in the fall my car went from 462whp @ 29psi to 505whp @ 29psi on our dyno with the only real power mod added being our cams. Torque also jumped up 40ft lbs. I did put in larger injectors and our modified fuel pump for a little added safety as well. The pistons, rods and valve springs were only added for safety.

Im wanting to jump to even larger injectors and our twin pump setup to run on E85 this year. Not sure if this will be done by May 7 though.
