It would be miraculous if everyone mounted the turbo and everything else in *exactly* the same position, but that isn't reality. As a result, you WILL be required to make changes other than what you've anticipated, and it isn't going to be an afternoon bolt-on swap (not by a longshot). Just look at the WG assembly and that should be enough to determine that it isn't a matter of just swapping manifolds and turbine housings.
AFAIK, no one sells a manifold or other parts purely intended to convert an ATP kit into something else. I know these things because I went through this. Custom fabrication work will be required to do what you want to do.

What divided ar hotside should I use with the gt35r turbo, what parts should I buy to match up with the kit to turn it into a twin scroll design, and what would I need to get fabricated besides the waste gate assembly that probably does not come on the divided housing hotside for a gt35r? Thanks.
Ted did you start with a turbo kit then change into a twin scroll setup with the help of custom fabrication?

That's just it, you won't be able to reuse much of anything from an ATP kit. It cannot be made to fit without serious cutting and welding, and if you're going to do that, you'd be better off starting from scratch.
I had an ATP GT35R kit. The only thing I was able to use was the GT35R center section and compressor. That's it! I didn't evem use the 38mm WG because I prefer the 44mm. I have a box full of ATP parts that are useless.
You just can't 'recycle' an ATP kit into something else. Nothing will fit, and it doesn't work.

black,
I have an atp and works fine, ran 120+mph mid 11's all day long. All I did was port the stock manifold and the hotside to match. Just install the bad boy and try to tune it as much as you can or sell the thing and buy another turbo.
Good luck

Save yourself now and live with the fact you are not going to roll a 600whp car. Be happy with the car you have and the power it makes. Making that kind of power is not cheap and if you had the scrill to build/maintain it you wouldn't have bought an ATP kit....
